Danielle Bezalel, MPH, Creator, Executive Producer, and Host (she/her)
Danielle earned a Master of Public Health with a focus on sexuality and reproductive health from Columbia University; she has a BA in Film & Media Studies from UC Berkeley. She loves to sing and perform on stage, travel to a new place, and check out the latest Broadway musical.

Cathren Cohen, Assistant Producer (she/her)
Cathren is a lawyer and feminist activist living in New York City. Cathren is dedicated to utilizing both legal advocacy and public engagement to fight injustice and promote evidence-based policy. She is particularly passionate about reproductive justice and the rights of LGBTQ individuals. She is a member of the Planned Parenthood of New York City Activist Council. Cathren is a proud graduate of NYU School of Law and UCLA.

Alanna Rance, Graphic Illustrator (she/her)
Alanna is a Melbourne based illustrator who specialises in digital illustrations with a hand drawn aesthetic. After graduating with an Advanced Diploma in graphic design, Alanna currently runs her own business ‘Imperium Illustrations’ as an artisan brand that provides illustration & surface design as well as offering a wide collection of handcrafted art prints, stationery & instant downloads. Her main goal is to collaborate with organisations & industries she admires & is proud to have worked alongside with season 3’s ‘Sex Ed with DB’ production team.

Jamie Cooper, Fundraising Co-Coordinator (she/her)
Jamie is a native New Yorker and recent Hunter grad. She graduated with a degree in Gender and Women’s Studies with a concentration in sexuality and received an honors award for her thesis, “Conceptual Shortcomings of Affirmative Consent: A Case for Refocusing Campus Sexual Assault Adjudication Inadequacies Towards Title IX.” She is passionate about sex education and women’s sexual health/reproductive rights, and taught communication and consent workshops to 9th graders across the city with Peer Health Exchange. In her spare time she enjoys travel, photography, being around cacti, and curating her instagram.

Cally Cochran, Content Assistant/Fundraising Co-Coordinator (she/her)
Cally is a health psychology research assistant based in Los Angeles, California. She also volunteers her time at a sexual medicine clinic in San Diego. Cally is currently taking classes to apply for nursing school and plans to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is especially interested in sexual dysfunction and pain as well as consent and pleasure based sexual education. She is a graduate of Pomona College in Claremont, CA where she majored in media studies and pre-medicine and she can’t wait to one day own a dog.

Oliver Divone, Sound Editor (he/him)
Oliver is a music producer and audio engineer based in Manhattan. Besides producing for podcasts like Sex Ed With DB, Oliver stays busy by creating music with local artists, and engineering audio for art galleries in and around NYC. He is currently advising and assisting with opening The Boiler Room Studio, an independent music studio located in The South Bronx.
